Course 1 – March 1, May 1, July 2 or October 1
This course focuses on the 12 objectives supporting the 7 essential steps which consist on database, strategies, financial, sources, partnerships, inputs and metrics. The course also covers 5 key Supply Strategies, the development of the Risk vs. Profit Matrix, utilizing technology, stakeholder buy-in and timely roll-out with exercises and case studies.
Course 2 – March 5, May 8, July 9 or October 8
This course focuses on the 17 key objectives with focus on lowering TCO-Total Cost of Ownership, two approaches to supplier segmentation, the use of mapping, developing a diverse supply base and supplier audits/evaluations with fundamental exercises and case studies.
Course 3 – March 12, May 15, July 16 or October 15
This course focuses on 13 key objectives, including a review of 6 risk categories, the application of the Law of Agency and SOX (its effect on Supply Management), managing hazardous waste and preventing employee discrimination and/or harassment with fundamental exercises and case studies.
Course 4 – March 19, May 22, July 23 or October 22
This course focuses on 16 key objectives, including the techniques of Regression Analysis and CPFR – Collaborative Planning, Forecasting, and Replenishment with fundamental exercises and case studies.
Course 5 – March 26, May 29, July 30 or October 29
This course focuses on 16 key objectives that address the conflicts between sales, operations, and finance, types vs. classifications of inventory, how to properly use safety stock and reviewing and accounting for inventory including BIC formulas with fundamental exercises and case studies.
